Friendly place with laid-back bar staff and easy-going people. I always have a great time there.

The Lone Star is a great place to feel comfortable. The staff is friendly, and Jeff the doorman is awesome! Its a hit or miss if you are looking for large crowds during the week, but the widescreen TV's keep it entertaining. Sunday BeerBust is the best time to be overwhelmed with beefybears, bigbears, and the chasers that accompany them, as well as just "folks" there to enjoy. The outside patio is large but does get busy with smokers, esp. the cigar crowd. The DJ plays some country, and if you request, he'll play it for you!
