How do you know they are gay?

There are2 different guys at my work that seem to attract me. If I met them on here I'd certainly talk to them. But at work, there is no way to know if they are for sure gay or not. My gaydar goes off, they are my age, not married and the potential is really there. But, I don't have for sure evidence that they are gay. Since it is work the risk of just asking is too high. How do you know their stance when they are not obviously about whether they are gay or not?

rexamillion[#], your a great looking guy, I assume your not out at work, so my guess would be if they are gay... maybe your not their type as they havent made any overture toward you, or they just dont play at work? Guess your gonna have to hang out with them outside of work and see. Ask them to go for a drink after work or hangout at work and chat. Just a thought. Been there, worse luck to be attracted to damn nice straight guys... which I10d to do.
