I personally feel that TIHAN has great merit, but it is so poorly run and seems like the ED only wants young white and hispanic men in this organization. Also if you do not agree with him in any way he wants you out of his organization.

This is not the way to run a HIV/AIDS organization in this day and age. 1 truly needs to reach out to those who need it most, not just those you are attracted to. It truly seems more and more like Mr. Blades is simply trying to hold onto this organization to keep a paycheck coming in and not becasue he truly cares about the organization or the people that are involved in it.

Loosing Ms. Molina as Care Partner Director was the biggest mistake this organization has ever made. She was the1 person who truly cared about the community and made the effort to reach out to the community as a whole instead of just those you find attractive

Hopefully1 day soon the Board of Directors will finally step up to the plate and start a search for a replacement before this organization looses all of its people who truly care
