1. I am a little rough around the edges pretty reserved, quiet, and conservative. Ask the people that know me best and they would tell you I am pretty laid back and very happy-go-lucky. I am the 6th generation of a texas cattle ranching family. I co-own and help run the family ranches and cow/calf operation. I grew up between our panhandle and south texas operations and have been in the panhandle the last several years. I grew up in a livestock enthusiest family, was very involved in 4-H and FFA, showed cattle and continued on to judge livestock in Jr. college at Clarendon, and in Sr. college at KSU. Though I like putting back into what got me to where I am in life today, at times I am much more valuable and in demand off the ranch than I am on it. So, I am heavily involved in the show cattle industry, from Mkt. Steers to Jr. Heifers, to the open show cattle road. I help several 4-H and FFA kids and their families with mkt. steer and jr. heifer projects.
