We would like to express our deepest condolences to the families who lost their loved ones and our prayers of strength and recovery to all affected by this senseless act of violence. We feel that Rep. Raul Grijalva (D-Ariz.), said it best this morning when he said, Our community is devastated by this. Our community has a million people, but it 's small.
